Come and Join Yoga instructor Kusum Jethwa for Vinyāsa Power Flow Yoga. There is no charge, and you can be inspired by the beauty of the Swales Comunity Garden just after sunrise.
There will be three sessions on Wednesday, August 24, Friday, August 26 and Wednesday August 31. You can come to one or all sessions. It’s a great way to start the day. Bring Yoga mats and blocks if you have.
