Garden Ground Breaking

April 19, 2022: Today, the Edison Community Gardens at Swales Park had its official ground breaking ceremony with the Mayor Sam Joshi, County Commissioner Charles E. Tomaro, Council President Joseph A. Coyle, Council Vice President, Joyce Ship-Freeman.

The mayor thanked the Edison Community Garden Initiative and said that such park improvements will spread all over Edison. The garden will feature 38 beds and the Edison Department of Public Works has been working at top speed to get the gardens finished for planting this year..
